Lauren has 20 years’ experience in the health and wellbeing profession and has been a Toastmaster since 2014, currently with Palmerston North Advanced. She has used Zoom professionally and personally for five years, and believes it is a fantastic platform for developing new skills. Most of all, she believes it is a fun way to stay connected when we need to be.
